200 hour Hybrid Yoga Teacher Training

80 hour Online YTT Program

Many of us have busy schedules and this course is designed to accommodate and educate. This online section will offer 80 hours of foundational content to deepen your understanding of yoga asana, anatomy, yogic philosophy, and sequencing. Work at your own convenience and continue to revisit the material so you can truly absorb the richness that yoga can offer! Moreover, it includes a 20 hr Mentorship with Joan Hyman, beginning in January. You will meet twice a month (except March). In each session, we will review the material covered in each course so you will be well prepared before we meet in person at the Alps in Austria at Soami Retreat Center in June. Please note: The online course is only the first part of the 200 hour training. You need both parts to register for 200 hour Yoga Alliance. You have to book and pay the 100 hour in-person training in Austria separately. You can find the link at the bottom of the page.
